Off Season Rates: $800 / week

6% state use tax and 2% lodging tax are added to all short term rentals.

I will need to know the number in your party. Maximum is 7 unless prearranged. Any additional overnight quests will be charged $25/ night per person additional fee.

The rate for weekend or partial week rentals, if available, is $150/night with a minimum of 2 nights.

Available for long term lease October thru May, $500/month plus utilities

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 1:00pm on Saturdays
Check-out is before 10:00am on Saturdays
DEPOSIT:
Deposit of ½ of total rent (excluding taxes) is due within
2 weeks of making a reservation. Check should be made out to Marsha
Burd and sent to 2170 Lakeshore Drive Fennville, MI 49408. I will
contact you via email with confirmation of deposit and to send additional
helpful information. Deposit is refundable due to cancellation if
the time period can be rebooked.
DAY GUESTS:
Please be advised the premises, including the beach, are not to be used for large gatherings or events. If you are expecting day guests we need to know how many are coming before your arrival.
SMOKING/PETS
Smoking is allowed outside. Well behaved pets will be considered. There is an additional charge of $25 per pet for the week
