RATES:
June and September --
$800/week
July and August -- $950/week
Off season (April, May, October, &
November) -- $500/week

- Weekend and partial week rental available
before Memorial Day and after Labor Day --$125/night with
a two night minimum.
- Available for long term lease mid-Sept.
thru May, $500/month plus utilities.
- 6% state use tax and 2% lodging tax
are added to all short term rentals.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 1:00pm on Saturdays
Check-out is before 10:00am on Saturdays
DEPOSIT:
Deposit of ½ of total rent (excluding taxes) is due within
2 weeks of making a reservation. Check should be made out to Marsha
Burd and sent to 2170 Lakeshore Drive Fennville, MI 49408. I will
contact you via email with confirmation of deposit and to send additional
helpful information. Deposit is refundable due to cancellation if
the time period can be rebooked.
GUESTS:
I will need to know the number in your party. Maximum is 7 unless
prior permission has been granted.
SMOKING/PETS
Smoking is allowed outside. No pets are allowed without special
permission.
